GTA 6 and CircoLoco Records, the label Rockstar co-founded
CircoLoco Records has been a working dance label since May 24, 2021, with an EP and a compilation to its name. It now turns up as a station in the sixteen names the press pulled out of the August 2026 leaks.
GTA6 LIFE

CircoLoco Records is a working electronic music label, founded on May 24, 2021 by Rockstar Games and the CircoLoco club collective, and distributed on streaming platforms like any other imprint. It is not a fictional brand written for a game. Five years later, the same name shows up as “CircoLoco Records Radio” in the station names the press pulled out of the stolen videos of August 2026.
The catalogue is short and documented. An EP, “Monday Dreamin’ Blue”, on June 4, 2021, then the full compilation “Monday Dreamin’” on July 9, 2021. Resident Advisor lists Seth Troxler, Sama’ Abdulhadi, Rampa, Kerri Chandler, Dixon, Deichkind, Moodymann, Palms Trax and The Blessed Madonna among the artists attached to the launch.

Sam Houser, founder of Rockstar Games, set out the reasoning when the label was announced:
Music is fundamental to Rockstar Games, it’s part of everything we do. Partnering with our friends at CircoLoco is part of our ongoing efforts to find new ways to bring the very best underground music to the widest audience possible.
The closest precedent in the series is FlyLo FM. In GTA V, released on September 17, 2013, Flying Lotus hosted the station and wrote original tracks for it: a real artist, on a fictional frequency, but no label part-owned by the publisher. GTA V licensed 241 tracks across seventeen stations, fifteen musical and two talk.

The sighting itself is second hand, and the arithmetic is worth doing. Kotaku counted 14 station names on August 24, 2026, CircoLoco Records Radio among them. Gulf News, working the same corpus a day earlier, adds two the American outlet does not have: Honey FM, and an entry labelled DNU. Put together, that is 16 names, a figure neither outlet prints. Gulf News attaches its own warning to the whole set:
This is footage from an unfinished build, so any of it can be cut. And Rockstar has confirmed none of it.
Fan database GTABase files the station under dance. It cites no on-screen evidence for the genre, and neither does anyone else.
Rockstar has published nothing about Grand Theft Auto VI radio: no station list, no station count. None of the 14 songs the press counted in the Extended Look of August 27, 2026 has been tied to a station named on screen. Which music would play where is still unknown. The established part of the audio picture sits in the soundtrack and radio guide.
No soundtrack release has been announced for GTA 6, physical or digital. Vice City had its seven-album box set out on Epic Records in October 2002, the same month as the game.
