GTA 6 Little Cuba: the Vice City district and its flea market
Little Cuba is one of four Vice City places Rockstar Games names in its official copy. The line published on May 6, 2025 gives it bakeries and bootleg brands next door.

Little Cuba is a Vice City neighborhood in GTA 6, named by Rockstar Games on May 6, 2025 on its Only in Leonida page for its 'bustling panaderías', Spanish for bakeries. The official name is Little Cuba, not Little Havana: Little Havana is the real Cuban neighborhood of Miami, which GTA Intel called Little Cuba's model on June 7, 2026.
Little Cuba is a neighborhood of Vice City, the Leonida metropolis where Grand Theft Auto VI is set, due November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Rockstar Games names it in a single sentence, posted on May 6, 2025 on its Only in Leonida page, the day the second trailer dropped:
Each neighborhood has something to offer, from the pastel art deco hotels and bright white sands of Ocean Beach, to the bustling panaderías of Little Cuba and the bootleg brands of the Tisha-Wocka flea market, out to the VC Port, the cruise ship capital of the world.
Panaderías is Spanish for bakeries, and Rockstar leaves it untranslated in English copy. The Tisha-Wocka flea market and its bootleg brands come right after it in the same breath, though the sentence never says whether the market sits inside Little Cuba or next door. With Ocean Beach and the VC Port, that makes four places Rockstar names in its official Vice City copy.
Little Cuba, not Little Havana
Several community lists, GTABase’s map among them, write “Little Havana” and file “Little Haiti” as a separate district. Rockstar has only ever written Little Cuba.
Little Havana is real, and it is in Miami. GTA Intel tied the two together on June 7, 2026: “Little Cuba is the Vice City stand-in for Miami’s Little Havana, the heart of the city’s Cuban-American community,” adding that Rockstar’s description “points to the panaderías (bakeries) that define the real neighborhood.” That is an outlet’s reading, not a word from the studio, like the other Miami landmarks spotted in the trailers.
The real Miami neighborhood
Little Havana takes its name from Havana. The label was applied to the Shenandoah and Riverside areas in the 1960s, as Cubans fleeing the Castro regime settled there. Its spine is Calle Ocho, SW 8th Street, where Máximo Gómez Park, better known as Domino Park, draws domino players. The Calle Ocho festival pulls more than a million visitors.
The National Trust for Historic Preservation put it on its list of America’s 11 Most Endangered Historic Places in 2015, then named it a national treasure on January 27, 2017.
Rockstar has published no map of Leonida, so where Little Cuba sits within Vice City will be something to check in-game from November 19, 2026.
