GTA 6 Stockyard: the Vice City district of 50+ street artists

Stockyard is the Vice City district Rockstar Games names on the Xbox listing for the Ultimate Edition upgrade, as the home of a streetwear shop. More than 50 real street artists designed murals for places like it, modeled on Miami's Wynwood.

Stockyard is a Vice City district in GTA 6, named by Rockstar Games on the Xbox Store listing for the Ultimate Edition Upgrade as the home of Stock 305, a streetwear shop only open with the $99.99 Ultimate Edition. According to Dazed on August 26, 2026, more than 50 real street artists designed murals for places like Stockyard, which is based on Miami's Wynwood.

Stockyard is a district of Vice City, the Leonida metropolis where Grand Theft Auto VI is set, due November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Rockstar Games spells the name out on the Microsoft Store listing for the Ultimate Edition Upgrade, in the line for a clothing shop: Stock 305, “Stockyard’s premier destination for elevated streetwear.”

Stock 305 is one of the Ultimate Edition bonuses, sold at $99.99, and stays shut in the standard edition. The listing promises “unique and exclusive looks for Jason and Lucia” and leaves it there. Rockstar’s four press images of the shop show a storefront painted from pavement to sign, a graffiti-wrapped van parked outside, and an inside wall of spray cans racked from green to red. The other shops on the same list, the hair salon and the tattoo parlor among them, are covered in our character customization guide.

More than 50 street artists

The number comes from Rockstar, through the press. In its deep dive with the studio’s leadership, published August 26, 2026, Dazed wrote: “More than 50 real street artists were brought in to design murals in places like Vice City’s Stockyard (based on Wynwood, Miami).” VGC ran the same figure on August 27, without tying it to a district.

The Xbox listing says nothing about murals. The link between the shop and the painted walls rests on Dazed and on the official images.

The name had already surfaced in December 2023. A road sign in the first trailer, logged by IGN, points to “Stockyard Downtown” among eight destinations, next to Port VC and Waning Sands.

Wynwood, the real neighborhood

Wynwood, in Miami, “has been a fashion hub since the 1920s,” according to Wikipedia, when garment factories opened there, and it is still “home to a large number of art galleries, artist studios, and clothing wholesalers.” Its long-abandoned warehouses were taken over by artists, restaurants and cafés. The district is centered on Wynwood Walls, conceived in 2009 by developer Tony Goldman, which draws millions of visitors a year.

A streetwear shop behind a painted facade: Stockyard keeps both of Wynwood’s trades, clothing and murals. The other matches between Vice City and Miami are in our real-life locations guide.

Rockstar has published no map of Leonida, so where Stockyard sits within Vice City will only be known in game, from November 19, 2026.
