GTA 6 console monitor guide: five picks from $99.88 to $799.99

A monitor bought for Grand Theft Auto VI on console comes down to the panel and the resolution, not the refresh rate: the game runs at 30 frames per second on PS5 and Xbox Series X. The five screens below are the ones Amazon sold itself on September 13, 2026, in the United States and in France, from the Full HD Gigabyte GS25F2A at $99.88 to the 4K Samsung Odyssey OLED G7 G73SH at $799.99. Each button opens the Amazon listing for your country.

The port changes everything once you reach 4K. A real HDMI 2.1 at 48 Gbps pushes 4K out of a PS5 or Xbox Series X, while an HDMI 2.0 caps at 18 Gbps, per the Comparatif-TV guide of March 13, 2026. Below 4K the question does not arise: the GS25F2A’s 1080p and the Alienware AW2725DM’s 1440p ride through HDMI 2.0 with nothing lost. The three 4K screens here each carry two HDMI 2.1 inputs, and ASUS states that the VG27UQ1A’s pass 4K 120 Hz without chroma subsampling.

The number printed across every spec sheet has nothing to do on November 19, 2026: the 160, 180 or 240 Hz. The ASUS TUF VG27UQ1A at $344.99 and the Gigabyte G27U at $349.99 are the only two 4K screens with HDMI 2.1 under $350 that Amazon sells itself on both stores. At $799.99 the Samsung Odyssey OLED G7 G73SH is the entry 4K OLED: perfect black, HDR True Black 400, and a dual mode of 4K 165 Hz or Full HD 330 Hz that only a PC will put to use.

Three screens leave the page. On September 13, 2026, the LG UltraGear 27GS75Q’s French listing was held by a reseller, the Gigabyte AORUS FO32U2 had no featured offer on Amazon.com and a reseller on Amazon.fr, and the Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 G80SD sat with third parties on both stores, on a renewed listing on the American side.
