GTA 6 soundtrack: Rockstar announces the album, six songs out now
Rockstar Games and Atlantic Records release Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album on November 19, 2026, the day the game ships. Six of its 34 original tracks went live on September 17, 2026, and the CD and vinyl editions opened for pre-order.
: A check on the album's own store adds the exact prices in three markets and the limited-edition vinyl already out of stock for the United Kingdom and France.

Rockstar Games announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album on September 17, 2026, co-produced with Atlantic Records and due November 19, 2026, the day the game ships. It gathers 34 original tracks, six of them streaming from day one, among them Travis Scott's RHYNO and Keith Richards' Bright Lights, Big City. Three physical editions are on pre-order: a CD at $19.98, a vinyl at $49.98 and a limited-edition vinyl at $124.98.
Rockstar Games announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album on September 17, 2026, co-produced with Atlantic Records and due on November 19, 2026, the day the game ships. The record holds 34 original tracks, six of them streaming from the day of the announcement, and three physical editions went up for pre-order at the same time.
The game’s official page now carries a music section, and its whole text is one sentence: “Featuring a genre-defying artist roster with 34 original tracks that capture the electric energy of Vice City and Leonida.” The Verge quotes Rockstar Games calling them “brand-new, original tracks.” Eurogamer draws the line: these 34 were made for the game, apart from the licensed songs that will play on the car radio.
Here are the six: “That’s It” by Yung Lean with Future and Metro Boomin, “RHYNO” by Travis Scott, produced by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo of Daft Punk, “Sexy Magic” by CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso with PinkPantheress, Fred again.. and Etienne de Crécy, “Last Thing You Need” by Morgan Wallen, “Macacoa 2000” by Rauw Alejandro, and “Bright Lights, Big City” by Keith Richards. Eurogamer points out that on the album listing the remaining 28 songs carry their track number as their title.
The physical prices, as the album store listed them on September 17, 2026:
| Edition | US | UK |
|---|---|---|
| CD | $19.98 | £10.99 |
| Vinyl | $49.98 | £44.99 |
| Limited-edition vinyl | $124.98 | £108.99 |
The limited pressing is the one that sold out. On the album’s own store, gtavi-thealbum.com, run with Atlantic Records, it showed as unavailable for the United Kingdom and for France at 14:27 UTC on September 17, 2026, and still orderable from the United States at $124.98. Eurogamer had logged the UK sell-out earlier that day.
What the money buys, in the store’s own words: the limited vinyl holds “two transparent magenta discs filled with blue liquid,” the standard vinyl “two transparent magenta discs with blue splatter,” the CD a booklet in a jewel case. A pre-save link covers Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Tidal and Amazon Music, and plays the six singles today.
So the music of GTA 6 presses to disc while the game itself ships on a download code. The Rockstar Store product page puts it plainly: “Physical versions will only contain a download code inside the box to support pre-load on November 12. A disc will not be included in the box.” The box goes out from November 12, 2026, and the thing a buyer shelves on launch day is the album, not the game.
Rockstar Games has already promised more: “Stay tuned for more details about the music of Grand Theft Auto VI, including the dynamic score, the next evolution of in-game radio, and more.” That is where our song and station inventory picks up. The announcement landed minutes after insider billbil-kun posted the same physical release on Dealabs, an order of events IGN recorded on the day.
