GTA 6 gangs: Ambrosia bikers, PTT Youngin$ and hideouts to rob

Grand Theft Auto VI launches on November 19, 2026, and Rockstar Games has already written two gangs into its own copy. Bikers run Ambrosia, a loud crew holds Southside Vice City, and the map shows how much cash each hideout is sitting on.

: Added the Red Dead Redemption 2 precedent: its 100% checklist counted 6 gang hideouts and 6 gangs.

Two gangs appear in Rockstar's official GTA 6 copy: the Ambrosia biker gang, which 'provides almost everything else' according to the page Rockstar published on May 6, 2025, and a Southside Vice City gang whose PTT Youngin$ compound can be raided in the Ultimate Edition. Rob Nelson told Famitsu on August 28, 2026 that the map shows how much cash and drugs each gang hideout holds.

Rockstar Games names two gangs in its own Grand Theft Auto VI copy: the Ambrosia biker gang, described on the Only in Leonida page on May 6, 2025, and a Southside Vice City crew whose PTT Youngin$ compound is part of the Ultimate Edition. As of September 30, 2026, 50 days before launch, there is no full gang list and no territory map from Rockstar.

The Ambrosia bikers

The official Ambrosia text puts the club in one line: “The Allied Crystal sugar refinery provides the jobs, while the local biker gang provides almost everything else.” No other gang is tied to a region by Rockstar.

The press screenshots show the club from behind, vests printed with a winged skull and the word “AMBROSIA”, then a bearded member whose patch reads “ENFORCER”. The club’s name comes from the press. PC Gamer calls it the Final Chapter in its map guide, last updated August 18, 2026, without saying where the name comes from, and Rockstar has never used it. On September 29, 2026, IGN France, summing up Game Informer’s cover story, described the region as dominated by a biker gang that controls the area, one that “semble différent des Lost MC” (looks different from the Lost MC) of GTA IV and GTA V. The Ambrosia entry carries the rest of the official text.

The Southside compound

Rockstar’s product page calls PTT Youngin$ “one of Southside Vice City’s loudest and most socially active gangs.” Players raid its compound and have to get out with “some special items and distinct contraband.” The Xbox Store listing, checked September 3, 2026, calls it a compound, where Rockstar’s page says “Illegal Goods Store”.

The raid is exclusive to the Ultimate Edition, and it is the only assault target any official text names. The other targets shown so far are in the robbery targets guide.

Hideouts marked on the map

Rob Nelson, co-studio head at Rockstar North, told Famitsu on August 28, 2026 that the map marks gang hideouts along with how much cash and how many drugs each one holds. Players can sneak in, take either, and sell the drugs to a fence. Rockstar’s previous game had the same kind of target: the 100% checklist of Red Dead Redemption 2 counted 6 gang hideouts and 6 gangs, according to GamesRadar+’s guide of May 6, 2020, set out in our 100% completion guide.

An Extended Look, released August 27, 2026, shows one being hit. Complex places the collection sequence in a stash house run by a man called Raymond, warned by phone by Ernesto that the task force is on its way. SVG describes the cop Mendez as heading a unit that shoots gang members on sight.

The characters’ criminal ties

The official profiles give the supporting cast a gang past more than a gang. Brian Heder is “a classic drug runner from the golden age of smuggling in the Keys”, and he lets Jason Duval live rent-free “so long as he helps with local shakedowns”. Raul Bautista recruits for his bank jobs, and his profile warns that “his crew will have to double down or pull their chips from the table.”

In Vice City, Boobie Ike turned his years on the street into a legitimate empire, summed up in his own line: “The club money pay for the studio, and the drug money pay for it all.” His partner Dre’Quan Priest “was always more of a hustler than a gangster.”

Rupert Humphries, Rockstar’s senior vice president of narrative, told Dazed on August 26, 2026 how the team builds that world: “We will meet with ex-criminals, law enforcement, club promoters, gun dealers and anyone notorious or influential who’ll take our calls.”
