GTA 6 nightclubs and bars: the 6 venues named before launch

Six GTA 6 night venues already carry a readable name, from the Delights Cabaret in Port Gellhorn to a rooftop bar called Effluvia. GTA BOOM counts clubs and bars as one of roughly twenty free roam activities.

Six GTA 6 night venues carry a readable name as of September 15, 2026: the Delights Cabaret, The Rusty Anchor, Dreams, a Liquor Bar and the Jack of Hearts, all legible in Rockstar Games press stills, plus the rooftop bar Effluvia from the Extended Look of August 27, 2026. GTA BOOM files clubs, bars and strip clubs as a free roam activity category of their own.

Six Grand Theft Auto VI night venues carry a readable name with 65 days to go before the November 19, 2026 release: five of them on press stills Rockstar Games published itself, a sixth inside the 26 minutes and 48 seconds of the Extended Look that aired on August 27, 2026. The most talkative of the six is the Delights Cabaret, whose letter board advertises “open all night” over a Port Gellhorn parking lot. The newest is the rooftop bar Effluvia, where Brian Heder sets up a meeting with Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos.

The press invited on August 27, 2026 watched those places work. TheGamer put it this way: “Lucia and Jason can drink and dance with the best of them, and it seems like clubbing will play a role in some of the game’s missions.” That “seems” is load bearing. The session was a video, and nobody in the room held a controller.

GTA BOOM, which counted around twenty free roam activity categories in the same footage, gave clubs an entry of their own, “Clubs, bars, and strip clubs”, summed up as “Packed, reactive nightlife, drinking and dancing, and showering dancers with cash”. The rest of that tally is broken down in the twenty things to do outside missions.

Rockstar went clubbing in Miami before drawing any of it

Rupert Humphries, senior vice president of narrative at Rockstar Games, described the raw material to Dazed on August 26, 2026.

“We love Miami music, particularly Miami bass, going through to more recent Miami artists like Kodak Black and Sexyy Red. We were also really interested in how the hip-hop scene in Miami exists in house parties in Overtown, clubs like Booby Trap on the River, and then high-end places on South Beach where bottles can cost thousands of dollars.”

Those three tiers show up in the game: the roadside cabaret in Port Gellhorn, the beach bar in the Keys, the poolside crowd at Dreams.

Humphries described the same method for the cast: “We will meet with ex-criminals, law enforcement, club promoters, gun dealers and anyone notorious or influential who’ll take our calls.” Club promoters sit in that list beside ex-criminals and police officers.

Who owns the Vice City nightlife

Boobie Ike’s official page, live since May 6, 2025, puts a strip club in his holdings between real estate and a recording studio, and gives him the line “The club money pay for the studio, and the drug money pay for it all.” That page leaves the venue unnamed. The Jack of Hearts neon, meanwhile, is legible on four separate press stills, which is a different kind of evidence from Rockstar writing the name down. His character file works through the gap.

Dre’Quan Priest, his partner at the Only Raw Records label, explains on his own page why a producer cares about a dance floor: “Dancers are like my A&Rs. If the record’s a hit, DJs gonna be spinnin’ it.” The game’s music travels the same route, and Rockstar Games founded its own club music label, CircoLoco Records, on May 24, 2021.

What those venues let you do is a much thinner file as of September 15, 2026. Rockstar Games has published neither a list of interiors you can walk into nor a line about running a club yourself, a business GTA Online did offer. On the drinking side the description stops at the press write-ups, which mention drinking and dancing without attaching a single number to either.

One indirect measure of how much screen time this material gets: the cut of the Extended Look that Rockstar Games uploaded to the Chinese platform Bilibili blurs dancing, drug content and sexual content. IGN reported on September 4, 2026 that the nightclub sequence featuring Jason and Lucia is reduced there to a flat purple wash.
